Restart Solutions, Inc. (formerly The Restart Room, Inc.) was founded in 1993 when the owners Fred Golt and Christy Brempelis determined, after working for several years in newspaper telemarketing, that there was a particular need to focus on retention; calling past customers and bringing them back on board as paid circulation. It wasn't long after they opened a small telemarketing office on the central coast of California that Restart Solutions, Inc's. reputation as a reliable source for past customer retrieval and customer conversion/up-sell campaigns spread nationwide. This was built upon Fred and Christy's uncompromising commitment to offer credible reactivations and dependable service at affordable prices to their clients. Since then, Restart Solutions, Inc. has been contracted by hundreds of companies, large and small, throughout the country.
